Learning Struts (or Webwork or Tapestry or equivalent web mvc framework) first is probably better since the scope is confined to just that, a web mvc.

Spring's scope is much wider and you can take it up after that.

BTW, have you learned and mastered Hibernate?
 
Of course there are SOOOOOO MUCH to learn! That the interesting part about sw dev! :D

But, first priority comes first.

In your case, I would suggest that you learn and practise struts first since you already have some web background. (1 to 2 months)

If you don't know ant, please learn it first for just a few days. You can learn more about ant concurrently while learning struts.

2nd, learn and practise hibernate. (2 to 3 months)

3rd, learn and practise spring. (2 to 4 months)

BTW, don't forget to learn and practise JUnit. It should take you only a few days too.
